What is coaching and how does it differ from therapy?
Coaching is designed to work from the present forward with a focus on dealing with today’s challenges and building towards the future. Therapy addresses mental health conditions and typically focuses on healing the impact of past events on your life today.
What is the cost?
I am offering a promotion for selected clients to introduce you to coaching. We will discuss the cost in the introductory phone call.
How are sessions conducted?
I use Zoom software to conduct all sessions. If a smart phone or computer is not available to you we can conduct sessions by phone. A free Zoom account is all you need.
How long are coaching sessions?
My coaching sessions last one hour.
